Most of our products are shipped free of charge (domestic ground) and if there are any charges due to special conditions it will be noted and you will be advised of the charge. Rule of thumb is that nobody will deliver your product indoors unless you are willing to pay for that. UPS, FedEx and LTL carriers are geared for dock or door only deliveries.
LTL shipments (truck) on larger furniture items (desks-files-tables) are always tail gate and the product will not be delivered inside unless a special request is submitted to our customer care department or you select a White Glove Service at the point of checking out. Truckers use loading docks typically to unload large parcels and if the carton is large they simply do not have the ability to move it inside. If you need an inside service option and don't see it simply call us and we can provide you with a custom quote. When products are listed as LTL unless special arrangements are made the truck line will expect you to assist at off-loading the merchandise from the back of a truck if you do not have a dock at your destination.
When you receive your product the following terms and conditions apply. For small package shipments by UPS or FEDEX Ground you have 24 hours to notifyus of any concealed damage or missing parts. Large packageshipments by LTL carriers are subject to special conditions. You must carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery and sign for any damage. Take the time to quickly inspect the product while the driver is with you and sign accordingly. We cannot be responsible for concealed damages after the truck line has left!

Certain shipments will not be left without a signature, however many items are left at your door since it is likely that the local UPS or Fedex driver has been there before and knows where to leave it.
If you choose to have your shipment expedited on a rush basis and request a next day or second day delivery option, we can only guarantee that service for the day(s) following the day that it leaves our factory. If you submit your order late in the day it may not leave that day but the next. Always call us if you are faced with a timeline that must be met.
